Shipping Policy

1. Each our art (wooden wall art or metal wall art) is made to order to customer selected specification. 

2. We aim to dispatch all items within 2-3 working days.

3. Additional 1 working day for processing time will be added to all Wooden or Metal Wall Decor which require painting. 

4. In most cases it will be less than 1-2 working days after receiving clear payment.

5. Orders placed on Friday will be dispatch following Monday. 

6. All orders are shipped from Monday to Friday via tracking service.

7. When parcel is booked in for delivery tracking number will be added to your order details.

8. You should also receive email with tracking details - please check your email Inbox and Spam folder.

9. Shipping time during Bank Holidays, Good Friday, Christmas and Easter Holiday may different.
